Visual - 8/10 - To be honest, I'm not really fond of the trend of really tall header images. I viewed the site in 800x600 and this particular one took up my entire screen. I would suggest taking the header down to 300px at max. Right now it pushes all the actual content down far enough that I had to scroll twice at 1280x1024 to get past the welcome and opening info.The site is done in soothing, cool shades, so no eyestrain there. The text is a reasonable size and color.
The side menus are clear, but the main, top menu doesn't stand out enough. It took me a minute to realize it was there, since the actual content of the menu is so narrow.
Text and Info - 10/10 - Lots of text here, which is nice. There are some nice info and news sections, with handy translations from Japanese. Keiko's blog is also translated. (Also, bonus points for giving visible credit to the translators.)
Interactive - 10/10 - Let's see, an active forum, downloads, pictures... we got interactive covered here.
Originality - 10/10 - A thorough, English, Keiko Kitagawa website. *Thumbs Up*
Return Factor - 10/10 - The site is regularly updated, and there's quite a bit of content to go through.
Overall - 48/50 - Excellent job, now if only I could find such good sites for my other favorite actresses.
