Visual - 9/10 - Two small things about the layout. One, the front page makes me have to horizontal scroll in Firefox at 1024x768. Two, itty bitty text sizes drive me batty. That said, OMFG CHIBIS! I love the fan art in the layout instead of the same images that everyone else is using.

I love the Kawaii Collection so much. I fully admit to getting distracted by the cute. The Chiisai Gallery was also nice, I'd much rather see a small, high quality gallery than a big one full of crap. And hurray for animated .gifs that make sense to include.

Text and Info - 9/10 - I spy a hefty information section, which I can't wait to see finished. I like the inclusion of info on the concept of chibi/SD as well.

Interactive - 10/10 - Well first off, we have a forum. I also see some downloads, the adoptable chibi dolls and a contest page although there are no current contests.

Originality - 10/10 - I have to admit that chibi is an unusual niche, but it works for the site.

Return Factor - 10/10 - This is a rather large site to get through in one sitting. It's also regularly updated, so there's fresh content on repeat visits. And, of course, there's a forum to visit.

Overall - 48/50 - Chibis, what's not to like?
